Guests enter the arena from the top and will take stairs down to their assigned seating. Elevators are available in the lobby for those assigned to the accessible seating area near the floor.

The arena has 2 large video boards to project live video during the ceremony and make it easy for guests to see the stage.

When graduates download their tickets in late November, The Bren ticketing system will automatically assign the 6 best seats available at that time. It may assign 4 tickets together in a row with 2 seats together in the row directly in front of or behind the other row. This setup is best for families to be able to talk to each other before the ceremony begins. Seats may become more scattered if graduates register and download their tickets late. Seat assignments cannot be changed unless it is due to a change in guest accommodation needs. It is best to verify if guests have any accommodation needs ahead of time so that you can reserve the correct seating for them before downloading tickets. Information on accessible seating can be found below.

Graduates with reserved accessible guest seating WILL NOT download their tickets since these seats are in pre-assigned areas. Accessible seating tickets will be emailed directly to the graduate around November 28th.
