Family and guest tickets
Be sure to give guest tickets to your family and guests prior to your ceremony line-up time.
Graduate lineup
Graduates are required to line up in their appropriate location 90 minutes (one hour and thirty minutes) prior to the start of their school ceremony.

This allows time to check in, clear security, make final review of your graduation regalia, find friends to sit next to and line up for the processional. Be sure to give tickets to your family/guests prior to your line-up time.

What to expect

Graduates will be seated after the platform party processional. Speeches will be given and each graduate will be called forward to be recognized and congratulated by the dean of their school. There will be a recessional to exit the ceremony, after which graduates will be able to greet family and friends.

Designate a post-event meeting place with your family and guests prior to your arrival at the line-up area. Graduates will not be allowed to leave early from the ceremonies. Each ceremony will last 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the number of graduates.
